Executive Committee members:
Please vote Yes, No, or Abstain on the following seven rule proposals by Friday, May 21 at 10 PM ET (changed from 8 PM ET).
Include comments if you wish.
Proposal #1 (effective immediately)
Replace: "Players promoted from the taxi squad to the regular roster and placed in a starting lineup may not be placed back on the taxi squad that season by that team. Any illegal TS moves that have to be undone by the Commish will result in a warning followed by suspension of free agency privileges."
With: "Once promoted to the active roster, a player can not be demoted back to the taxi squad for 14 days."
Proposal #2 (effective immediately)
Change the 13 week regular season to a 14 week regular season with the playoffs weeks 15-17.
Proposal #3 (effective immediately)
Keep the 13 week regular season and make the championship game a two week game (weeks 16-17). Combined high score is the league champion.
Proposal #4 (effective immediately if passes by 80% or more, effective in 2022 if passes by less than 80% in favor)
The rookie/FA draft to be completed as a single continuous draft in June (TD 1-3) or July (TD 4-6) instead of in two parts.

Proposal #7 (effective in 2022)
Add to the rules:
Owners may own a second team provided it is not in the same league they are currently in. There will no interleague trades permitted between teams owned by the same person. If both teams end up in the same league after a realignment, the owner must find a replacement owner and sell one of their teams. The past owner would pay the entry fee and the new owner would pay the first year franchise fee.
