Executive Committee members: Please vote Yes or No on the following 10 rule proposals by 8 PM ET Sunday, June 28.
Proposal 1
Replace "They will play within their division weeks 1, 4, 7, 9, and 12-13 of the regular season with non-division games weeks 2-3, 5-6, 8, and 10-11"
With "They will play within their division weeks 1-4 and 12-13 of the regular season with non-division games weeks 5-11".
Proposal 2
Change Offensive scoring:
Receptions (RB) = 0.70 pt for every 1 rec
Receptions (WR) = 0.85 pt for every 1 rec
Receptions (TE & QB) = 1 pt for every 1 rec
To Offensive scoring:
Receptions (RB & WR) = 1 pt for every 1 rec
Receptions (QB & TE) = 1.5 pt for every 1 rec
Proposal 3
Add Offensive scoring:
Passing First Downs = 0.25 pt for every 1 first down
Receiving First Downs = 0.50 pt for every 1 first down
Rushing First Downs = 0.75 pt for every 1 first down
Proposal 4
Change the initial draft order from reverse serpentine starting at round 3 aka 3RS (1-12, 12-1, 12-1, 1-12, etc.) to serpentine (1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, etc.)
Proposal 5
Replace "previous regular season’s total points scored"
With "previous regular season's potential points" in the section of the rules describing rookie/free agent draft order.
Proposal 6
Change the current waiver system to blinding bidding waivers followed by FCFS (see TD 6 rules, section 10B - football30.myfantasyleague.com/2015/options?L=56270&O=26).
Proposal 7
Replace 14. Toilet Bowl:
The six non-playoff teams will participate in the Toilet Bowl from weeks 14-16. Seeding is the same as the playoff seeding. The #1 seed and the #2 seed will receive a bye the first round of the Toilet Bowl. The week 14 matchups are #3 vs #6 and #4 vs. #5. Winners advance. The #1 seed will play the lowest remaining seed during week 15. The week 15 winners advance to the week 16 Toiler Bowl Championship. The winner is the Toilet Bowl Champion. The week 14 losers play each other during week 16. The loser is the Toilet Bowl Loser. The higher seeded team (#1 is the highest seed) will receive an additional 5 points for all games played except for the week 16 games.
With 14. Draft Slot Tournament:
The six non-playoff teams will participate in the Draft Slot Tournament from weeks 14-16. Seeding is the same as the playoff seeding. The Tournament will start during week 14 and be conducted as follow:
Week 14:
Quarterfinal 1 - Seed #1 vs. Seed #6
Quarterfinal 2 - Seed #2 vs. Seed #5
Quarterfinal 3 - Seed #3 vs. Seed #4
Week 15:
Semifinal 1 - Winner of Quarterfinal 1 vs. highest scoring week 14 team that lost.
Semifinal 2 - Winner of Quarterfinal 2 vs. Winner of Quarterfinal 3.
Week 16:
Team that did not advance to week 15 vs. Team that did not advance to week 15 (Winner - 5th place; Loser - 6th place)
Loser Semifinal 1 vs. Loser Semifinal 2 (Winner - 3rd place; Loser - 4th place)
Winner Semifinal 1 vs. Winner Semifinal 2 (Winner - 1st place; Loser - 2nd place)
Proposal 8 (applicable only if Proposal 7 passes)
Replace Draft Order:
The order of round 1 is based on the previous season’s regular season record (previous regular season’s total points scored is the tiebreaker in case teams have the same record).
With Draft Order:
The order of round 1 is based on the previous season’s playoff results (previous regular season’s total points scored is the tiebreaker in case teams have the same record). The winner of the Draft Slot Tournament (or highest finisher) will have the first pick and the League Champion (or highest finisher) will have the last pick. The 6th place finisher (or lowest finisher) will have the 6th pick and the quarterfinal playoff loser with the lowest seed will have the 7th pick, etc.
Note: The order of the other rounds will remain the same as described in the rules.
Proposal 9
Add to the rules: The winner of the NFL Pool Picks and Survivor Pool contest (all TD leagues combined) receives $30 in prize money.
Proposal 10 (applicable only if Proposal 6 passes)
Add to the rules: The six winners of the NFL Pool Picks and the six winners of the Survivor Pool contest receive an extra 40 BBIDs the following season. The runner-ups receive an extra 20 BBIDs.
