Here are the current rule proposals submitted by league owners to date:
1. Change the initial draft order from reverse serpentine starting at round 3 aka 3RS (1-12, 12-1, 12-1, 1-12, etc.) to serpentine (1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, etc.)
2. Replace "previous regular season’s total points scored" to "previous regular season's potential points" in the section of the rules describing rookie/free agent draft order.
3. Change the current waiver system to blinding bidding waivers followed by FCFS (see TD 6 rules).
4. Add to the rules: The winner of the NFL Pool Picks and Survivor Pool contest (all TD leagues combined) receives $30 in prize money.
5. Add to the rules: The six winners of the NFL Pool Picks and the six winners of the Survivor Pool contest receive an extra 40 BBIDs the following season. The runner-up receive an extra 20 BBIDs. (only if Proposal #3 passes)
I'm accepting rule proposals until June 19 via e-mail, league message board, or in this forum.
The Executive Committee will vote on rule proposals June 22 - 28.
Feel free to discuss any rule proposals in this thread. Let the EC members know which rule proposals you'd like to see pass.

1.serpentine sounds like a good change. 2.if 5 passes then it should be regular season points scored and not potential 3.I'm fine with blind bidding 4.I think all money should be given based on fantasy football performance and leave the pickem stuff to pickem pools. 5.seems fine to me

Here's another rule proposal:
Replace "They will play within their division weeks 1, 4, 7, 9, and 12-13 of the regular season with non-division games weeks 2-3, 5-6, 8, and 10-11" with "They will play within their division weeks 1-4 and 12-13 of the regular season with non-division games weeks 5-11".

I like the idea of the RS in round 3, makes it much more equal, hope theres no change. Playing your division games when your players dont have bye weeks is very smart change. Also i would like to propose this: the winner of the consolation bracket is awarded the 1st overall pick the following year. Keeps non playoff teams involved and eliminates losing on purpose. Earn the top pick!!

That proposal was a little vague regarding playing for 1st overall pick, so here is what i really should have said. The winner of the consolation bracket is awarded the 1st overall pick. Picks 2-8 are by standings (worst to best) pick 9 is winner of semis, 10/11 are the 2 losers and the champion gets pick 12
